Founded in 2009 by Principals Andrew and Amy Huggins, Ray White Urban Springs is an award-winning real estate agency proudly servicing Belmont, Rivervale, Redcliffe, Ascot, Kewdale, Cloverdale, and surrounding suburbs across the City of Belmont.

The name Urban Springs was chosen in 2009 to reflect our long-term connection to the area and align with the emerging Springs precinct — a major local development that has since grown into a well-established community and is now home to many local residents.

In 2026, we mark more than 17 years of dedication to the City of Belmont. Over that time, we have built more than a strong local agency presence, we have developed deep market knowledge, proven systems and a track record that positions us as a trusted authority within the City of Belmont. We specialise in residential sales and property management across Belmont and surrounding suburbs, combining local insight, data-led strategy and disciplined execution to help clients make informed decisions and achieve stronger outcomes.

Our approach is professional, structured and results-focused. We provide tailored advice backed by local knowledge, market evidence, and proven systems with the strength of a dedicated team working together to ensure every detail is handled with precision and integrity. The result is a more informed, well-supported process designed to create competition, reduce risk, and deliver the best possible outcome.

Our Property Management department is one of the area’s largest and continues to grow, helping landlords across Belmont, Rivervale, Cloverdale, Redcliffe, Ascot, and Kewdale protect their investment and maximise returns. Backed by an experienced team and a consistently award-winning track record, we are proud to be recognised for both performance and service.
