Kieran Padua

Kieran is an integral part of Joseph Gardner’s team, and a lifelong City of Belmont resident.

He joined Ray White in 2023, initially supporting the property management department as a Tenant Support Officer. In this role, Kieran quickly built strong rapport with tenants across the rental portfolio, developing a reputation for his approachable manner, clear communication, and willingness to help.

Since transitioning into the sales team, Kieran now works closely with buyers throughout each sales campaign. He plays a key role during home opens, welcoming buyers, managing enquiries, and ensuring every interaction is positive and professional. His warm, friendly approach allows clients to feel comfortable and well looked after from the moment they step through the door.
