Renee Lapiana

We all think Renee is a little special as she LIKES to conduct Final Bond Inspections and Property Condition Reports!  The time, focus and attention to detail it takes to do this role is extensive. Final Bond Inspections and Property Condition Reports are often an out of office task that Property Managers prefer not to do (or in a traditional PM role, do not have the time to allocate or complete to a high standard).  A veteran in the industry Renee is a whiz with an eagle eye who is perfectly suited to her role in the team.  The property managers love Renee’s support and the hours of time she saves them.  They trust her implicitly to present quality reports and she is a huge assistance to the PM's in balancing their time.  Renee enjoys the role as the hours are flexible and she often has a week off during school holidays to spend with family.  An essential part of our team, Renee is calm, meticulous, a great communicator with lots of patience. We all appreciate Renee’s excellent work ethic in this PM support role!
