Oana brings over 8 years of experience in real estate and plays a vital role in ensuring every sales campaign runs smoothly behind the scenes in Joseph Gardner’s team.

Throughout her career, Oana has worked across multiple areas of the industry, including property management, leasing, reception, and sales administration. She has previously supported a high-performing sales team, initially as a general administrator before progressing into a role managing a high volume of sale-to-settlement transactions for both buyers and vendors.

With a strong understanding of preparing a property for market, contracts, and the settlement process, Oana provides the structure and attention to detail that allows the team to perform at their best. Her calm, organised approach ensures nothing is overlooked and every stage of a transaction is handled with care and precision.  Friendly, approachable, and solution-focused, she is committed to delivering a seamless experience from contract through to settlement.
