Oana has worked in the real estate industry for the last three and a half years. She began her real estate career working at a boutique agency in the inner suburbs as a receptionist & sales administrator, and started at Ray White two and a half years ago. At Ray White, Oana has spent time in the reception role, working as part of the leasing team, conducting routine inspections/final bonds/property condition reports, learning some aspects of sales and in her current role as the customer service executive. 

My favorite part about working at Ray White is the supportive environment, its like a family. Developing a good relationship with colleagues and clients is her number priority.
