Kylie brings 18 years of experience in real estate, with a strong background across property management and sales operations. Known for her intuition and problem-solving ability, she consistently delivers effective solutions that keep transactions running smoothly.
Beginning her career as a Property Manager, Kylie’s commitment to client service and attention to detail earned her Property Manager of the Year in 2018 (Real Estate Training Group) and recognition as part of the REIWA Property Management Team of the Year in 2020.
A key member of Andrew Huggins’ sales team, Kylie supports agents and oversees transactions from listing through to settlement. Since joining Ray White Urban Springs in 2022, she has managed over 150 sales annually and contributed to the team achieving a Top 3 RateMyAgent Award in the City of Belmont. Her experience, reliability, and passion for real estate make her an invaluable part of the team.
