With six years working as an estimator, scheduler, and draftsperson, Joe developed a strong technical understanding of the residential building and construction industry before transitioning into property sales.
Joe joined Ray White Urban Springs in 2019 as a Maintenance Coordinator, where he managed day-to-day maintenance for a portfolio of approximately 650 rental properties. This fast-paced role sharpened his skills in decision-making, negotiation, customer service, and stakeholder management, while reinforcing the importance of clear communication and follow-through.
Building on this foundation, Joe progressed into a Sales Executive role and now leads his own team of three. Known for his calm, methodical approach, Joe combines attention to detail with practical problem-solving to deliver tailored strategies for each client. He is able to navigate negotiations with confidence and will go the extra mile to provide a second to none level of service which is well reflected in his testimonials.
