Jess commenced her real estate career in 2016 with a boutique agency, where she gained valuable hands-on experience across multiple facets of the business. Beginning in a frontline Reception role, she quickly demonstrated strong organisational skills and a client-focused approach, progressing into a Property Manager position in 2018.

Jess joined the Ray White team in late 2023 and brings with her a solid foundation of industry knowledge and practical experience to confidently support both property owners and tenants. With over seven years in the industry, she is well equipped to manage the complexities of property management with professionalism and care.
